Ipele Bag

This piece features a contemporary interpretation of the third piece of fabric worn by Yoruba women. Ipele is a third piece of the iro and buba and is especially worn on important occasions, carefully placed on the shoulder to elevate the cultural look. This design interprets a tradition that has been passed down for centuries. The piece can be worn ruched or as a big tote when the drawstrings are pulled. Its sleeve is soft and comfortable.
