4. Product Listings and Approval

We maintain strict quality standards. EGO ERA reserves the right to:

·       Remove listings that fail to meet our originality or presentation criteria.

·       Suspend vendors who repeatedly breach platform rules.

5. Orders and Payments

·       Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

·       Payments are processed securely through approved payment partners.

·       Customers receive order confirmations via email or SMS.

·       Vendors are required to fulfill and ship orders promptly.

·       Vendor payments may be held temporarily until order completion is verified 

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers may return eligible products under our Refund & Return Policy.

Items that do not meet return conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or without tags) will not qualify for refund or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright 

All materials on the EGO ERA platform; including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and design layouts, are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

EGO ERA Content:

All branding, layout, and curated content are the intellectual property of EGO ERA and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

Vendor Content:

Vendors retain ownership of their product images and designs but grant EGO ERA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote their content on the platform and across our social media channels.

User Restrictions:

Users may not download, modify, distribute, or use any part of the website or vendor content for commercial purposes without authorization

8. Vendor Responsibility

·       Vendors agree to:

·       List only authentic and original products.

·       Provide accurate product details and fair pricing.

·       Maintain packaging quality and timely shipping.

·       Comply with Nigerian e-commerce and consumer protection laws.

EGO ERA may withhold payouts or deactivate accounts that fail to meet marketplace standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

EGO ERA is not liable for: 

·       Defective or delayed orders caused by vendors.

·       Customer dissatisfaction from vendor errors or external logistics.

·       Temporary downtime or technical interruptions on the website.

·       Use of this platform is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

·       We may suspend or terminate user or vendor accounts for:

·       Breach of these terms

·       Fraudulent or misleading activity

·       Repeated customer complaints

·       Violation of our brand or quality standards

·       Pending transactions will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.

11. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
