EGO ERA partners with verified vendors and trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.
As a fashion marketplace, delivery timelines and costs may vary depending on each vendor’s location, product type, and processing time.
This policy outlines how shipping and delivery are handled for all orders placed through EGO ERA.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Each vendor is responsible for packaging and dispatching their own items. Processing time typically ranges from 1–7 business days, though custom or pre-order items may take longer. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
3. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (within Nigeria).
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities).
International Delivery: Timelines depend on destination and vendor location.
Please note that delays may occur during high-demand periods, restocks, or due to unforeseen logistics issues. EGO ERA and vendors will communicate any significant changes.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on the delivery destination, product weight, and vendor location.
If you purchase from multiple vendors, your items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own shipping cost. Free delivery offers will be clearly stated where applicable.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log into your EGO ERA account to view the current delivery status. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after placing an order, please contact customerservice@ego-era.com for assistance.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, your package may be returned to the vendor. Re-delivery may attract additional shipping fees. To ensure successful delivery, please confirm that your address and contact details are accurate before checkout.
7. International Shipping
EGO ERA supports international delivery for select vendors. Customs duties, import taxes, or any local charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We advise all international customers to confirm their country’s import policies before placing an order.
