Refund policy

1. Overview
At EGO ERA, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
Because we operate as a fashion marketplace, each product is supplied by independent vendors who are carefully verified and approved by our team.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for both marketplace orders and styling service bookings.
2. Eligibility for Returns
· A product may be eligible for return if:
· It was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
· It does not match the product description or images displayed on our website.
· The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
· To qualify for a return:
· The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
· Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.
⚠️ Items not eligible for return include:
· Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel.
· Customized or made-to-order items.
· Sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable.”
· Styling consultation or service fees.
3. Return Process
Submit a Return Request via your EGO ERA account or by emailing customerservice@ego-era.com within 48 hours of delivery.
· Include a short description and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., wrong item or defect).
· Our team will review the claim and notify you of approval or rejection.
· If approved, return instructions and vendor shipping details will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when the error was from the vendor or EGO ERA.
4. Refunds
· Once the returned item is received and inspected:
· If approved, a refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
· Refunds are not automatic — they are only processed after vendor confirmation and EGO ERA verification.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for the same item in a different size or color (if available).
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
6. Vendor Accountability
Vendors on EGO ERA must comply with this policy as part of their partnership agreement.
Repeated customer complaints or policy violations may lead to vendor suspension or removal from the platform.
7. Styling Services (17:11 Styles
Styling fees and consultation payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
If you wish to reschedule or modify a booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
In cases where EGO ERA cancels a confirmed session, clients will receive a full refund or rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
